Partner of Casaforte Investimentos, Kristopher is the managing director of Casaforte Energia, where is responsible for the project origination and structuring, energy sale, and fund raising with foreign investors.
In the last 20 years Kristopher accumulated experience in corporate finance and private equity, focusing on acquisitions and financing of the energy sector companies in Brazil and in the US. He participated directly in numerous M&A and equity raising deals valued at more than US$15 billion, working with Morgan Stanley, Wasserstein Perella & Co and Kleinwort Benson. Among his clients were Endesa, Duke, Enel, Excelon, Cerberus, Sempra, and Iberdrola. Also advised the BNDES and Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy in conjunction with power sector privatizations, including the sale of the generation assets of Eletrosul. He was also founding partner of Franklin Park Energy, a private equity fund now known as The Guggenheim Infrastructure Fund.
Kristopher has an honors degree in Economics from Vassar College in New York.
